Trestle serves as Owner’s Representative, Project Manager, and Construction Manager or any combination of the three depending on need or project timing anywhere from due diligence through occupancy. We act as “quarterback” to organize, monitor and present status reports on budget, schedule, and team as the project evolves. Trestle’s goal is to mitigate surprises and to work on great projects with great people!

Brian is a well-rounded real estate services professional, business-oriented architect, real estate developer, manager and builder of projects from feasibility through occupancy- successful in corporate and entrepreneurial environments with specific experience in commercial, industrial, luxury residential, hospitality, medical, retail, aviation, and educational projects.

Andrew Moore, Project Manager

Andrew is a diligent and motivated project manager with hands on experience in commercial and residential construction. He understands all sides of project management as he served as both a general contractor and a sub-contractor. His specific experience includes work in commercial, industrial, multi-family, luxury residential, medical, scientific, hospitality, aviation, educational, and athletic projects.

Jon Desprez, Project Manager

Jon is a Project Manager for Trestle Companies. He has experience with government owned tenant improvements and luxury residential developments. Jon is comfortable with complex projects with multiple layers and change orders and is very detail oriented. He has expertise in budgeting projects both large and small.

Mark Johnson, P.E., is a veteran in data center design and MEP consulting, with expertise in high-tech, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals. He has led major projects like Bayer's $325M FDA-validated facility and Genentech's LEED Gold Hilltop A Building. With a career spanning $240M in annual revenues, Mark excels in project management and innovative solutions.
